Hail Repair Process
At Presto Dent Repair, Our Claims Liaison is here to help start your claim and will manage the insurance process for you. After the claim has been reported to your Auto Insurance Provider, our Claims Liaison will schedule your estimate.
Our Sales Representative will meet you at your home or business and begin the inspection of your vehicle.
All damage that occurred during the hail storm will be noted. Once the estimate is sent to your Insurance Provider, depending on your provider this could take a few days. When approval is received from your Insurance Provider then we schedule your car rental.
One of our sales representative will meet you at the auto rental company location of your choice. If your Insurance Provider doesn’t cover a rental, Presto Dent Repair will cover the cost for you.
We then take your vehicle to our nearest shop. Upon arrival, our technicians will prep your vehicle for repairs.
All parts damaged by the storm will replaced, including windshields, side mirrors, and any moldings.
Our supervisor then quality checks all received parts for your vehicle and schedules all services. Our supervisor schedules the services needed seamlessly to ensure the fast turn around time possible.
At the end of each repair the vehicle is quality checked to ensure showroom quality repairs.
